Telekom IT COO and BSO (Telekom IT)

From the end of 2010, Telekom IT COO and BSO (Telekom IT) have been providing support – from Hungary – for DTAG (Deutsche Telekom AG) and T-Systems International internal IT systems and processes, as well as offering high added value services. In addition, the PQIT section (Process, Quality and IT) focuses on IT Services Hungary Kft. supplying in-house IT tasks. Our team has a diverse range of skills and considerable international experience, besides which it boasts outstanding abilities in the German language: 99% of our colleagues speak English and 85% speak both languages. The number of members of staff has increased to keep pace with the increasingly broad range of duties: in December 2012, 67 people worked in the division, whereas today the number of employees exceeds 500.

Telekom IT has set as its objective the provision of higher added value services and the organization of a workforce required to achieve this, thereby creating the opportunity for the professional development of current and future staff. Parallel with this, we would like to continue the collaboration with universities in Hungary since we consider it vitally important to nurture and assist gifted young people.

Maintaining and boosting team spirit, and the drive towards innovation are important for us. At the same time, we intend to raise the level of satisfaction of our partners to new heights.

Our division is divided into four different Service Delivery Units (SDU), in addition to which a large project management team supports the work. The four SDUs carry out the following activities:
