The DPartner Management & Enduser Services department provides innovative, high-quality “end-to-end” desktop services. These services are implemented in one organizational unit: International Service Desk.
International Service Desk (ISD)
We offer our customers a service package that includes user helpdesk and remote services. The users receive help via telephone, e-mail or through a self-service portal.
Our qualified colleagues provide first level support for two thirds of the requests. This often means the remote troubleshooting of computer or application errors.
International Service Desk is a global network that provides first and second-level service desk support and spans all areas of ICT (user and server-side operations, and telecommunication links). Service desks are located in the following regions: Europe, North and Central America, Asia and Africa.
ISD started in Hungary in 2006 and currently has more than 330 employees. Our services are available in several languages: German, English, French, Dutch and Polish.
Sites: Budapest, Debrecen and Pécs.
Our colleagues have high-level language skills and resolve our customers’ problems with great dedication. They have an interest in IT and the opportunity to pursue career paths either in management or in technical fields.
